TARIFFS:
HIGH SEASON - $4,220.50 - 7 nights (minimum stay)
High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays
MID SEASON - $3,020.50 - $3,3870.50 - 5 - 7 nights (5 night minimum stay)
Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays
Low season rates are charged for all other times
LOW SEASON - $2,020.50 - $3,660.50 - 3 - 7 nights (3 night minimum stay)
$2,545.50 - 3 night weekend
All linen, cleaning and booking fees are included in the above tariffs.
Bond: A refundable security bond of $1,000.00 is required 3 days prior to check-in.
