DOWNSTAIRS
Living – The large open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen offer a great space for everyone to come together. Wide sliding doors open out on the expansive timber deck with a 5 burner BBQ. The deck overlooks the water and is the perfect place to sit and watch the world go by.
Kitchen – The spacious industrial designed kitchen with stainless steel benches, has a 4-burner gas stovetop, electric oven, 2 fridge/freezer combos, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen has plenty of open-shelf storage for all your holiday goodies.
Entertainment – The lounge room has plenty of seating with a 2-seater leather lounge and built-in couches. Unlimited Wi-Fi available to watch your favourite platforms on the large Smart TV.
Bedroom 1 – Air conditioned with a comfy queen bed, dual mirrored wardrobe, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 – Air conditioned - This spacious bedroom sleeps 4 with 1 tri-bed (single on top and double underneath) and 1 single bed & ceiling fan.
Bathrooms – 3 powder rooms are available plus 2 bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom/combined laundry has a 2 person shower room and dual basin vanity separate from the shower room.
Laundry – The laundry offers a large top loader washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
UPSTAIRS
The upstairs living is spacious with extra high ceilings, louvre windows in the bedrooms, and windows right along the hallway to allow the beautiful sea breezes to flow through.
Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, all with water views.
Bedroom 3 – The bunk room sleeps 5 with 2 single beds plus 3 floor mattresses, a wall-mounted TV, and large built-in double robes.
Bedrooms 4 & 5 - Both bedrooms have a queen bed, ceiling fan, and built-in robe.
Pets – The property is outdoor pet friendly and is fenced on the street side with a huge yard for your pets to play. Please view pictures of the yard to note the height of the fencing. It may not suit escape artists. The waterside of the property is not fenced.
The garage is a great place to keep your pets safe at night or if you need to leave them unattended during the day. The garage walls are made of timber panels that allow the sea breezes to flow through.
Front Lawn – The front yard is a large, grassy space that is perfect for kiddies to run around or kick a ball. Cars are not to drive on the front lawn as the piping running just underground can be damaged.
This fantastic property is centrally located with only a 2-minute walk to the Toogoom Boat Ramp, Goody’s Waterfront Café, and the Salty Squid Bistro. The cafes serve a beautiful breakfast and lunch, and Goody’s has dinner options on selected evenings.
The local shops are only a 5-minute drive away and include a pharmacy, a hairdresser, and a convenience store. The Toogoom Convenience Store offers delicious hot food including tasty burgers, fish & chips, ice creams, drinks, and basic essentials.
Take a 13-minute drive north and you will find beautiful Burrum Heads with its own local shopping centre - Foodworks, a local butcher, and bakery. For a great meal, you can visit the Burrum Heads Bowls club or the Burrum Heads Tavern.
Launch your boat from the huge boat ramp on Burrum Street or have a BBQ in the park.

HIGH SEASON - $4,045.50 - 7 nights (minimum stay)
High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays
MID SEASON - $2,845.50 - $3,695.50 - 5 - 7 nights (5 night minimum stay)
Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays
Low season rates are charged for all other times
LOW SEASON - $1,845.50 - $3,485.50 - 3 - 7 nights (3 night minimum stay)
$2,370.50 - 3 night weekend
All linen, cleaning and booking fees are included in the above tariffs.
Bond: A refundable security bond of $500.00 is required 3 days prior to check-in.
