Direct Beach Access – This low set, recently renovated designer home has everything you will need for a beach holiday with stunning natural surroundings and plenty of space for your family and friends to relax.
Just a short stroll from the back yard to the beautiful sandy shores of Toogoom Beach, where you can swim, fish, kayak or just relax on the beach and watch the beautiful sunsets. Toogoom Beach has it all for a relaxing holiday stay!
Entertainment – With not one but two Smart TVs and comfortable seating to relax in, watch your favourite movies, TV shows and sporting events on all your popular platforms. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available for guests’ convenience.
Outside Pet Friendly –With a secure fully fenced yard and shaded decks, your doggy can be close by at all times.

Dining – The open plan kitchen, dining & living room offer inside dining for 8. The living area flows outside through Bi-Fold stacker doors onto the full-length timber deck where you will find a BBQ and a covered outdoor dining area for 6.
Kitchen - The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and stove top, large 2 door fridge/freezer combo, bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and several cooking appliances including coffee machine.
The kitchen boasts a butler’s kitchen complete with dishwasher, sink, dual pantries, and ample storage for all your holiday supplies.
Living - The open plan living space is complete with a comfy 4 seater couch, extra chairs & Smart TV.
Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans keep everyone comfortable all year round.
Bedrooms – all bedrooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes & ceiling fans.

Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds
Bedroom 4 - 2 x Single Beds, 1 x Trundle Bed
All linen, bath towels and beach towels are supplied.
Bathrooms –
Main bathroom - Extra-large walk-in, with added rain-head shower, vanity basin & toilet.
Hairdryer & basic toiletries are included for your comfort.
2nd bathroom - is complete with a separate shower, full size bath and vanity with a separate toilet.
Laundry –
The laundry offers a front loader washing machine, dryer, folding bench, iron & ironing board.
Side Undercoer Patio- the patio runs the full length of the home and leads to outdoor seating and a gas BBQ.
No smoking inside the property.
Ample parking available
Close to town (20 minutes to Hervey Bay) but far enough away that you can enjoy all the peace and quiet you dreamt of and lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of the breeze through the trees and the waves crashing on the sand at night.
Guest access - Guests are able to access all areas except garden shed and locked storeroom.
The owners thank you for your help to take good care of the property and report any damage or malfunctioning items as soon as first noticed so steps can be taken to rectify them.
TARIFFS:
HIGH SEASON - $2,925.00 Per Week
High Season rates are charged for the four (4) middle weeks of the QLD Public School holidays in Dec/Jan and Easter QLD Public School holidays
MID SEASON - $2,750.00 Per Week
Mid Season rates are charged for the 1st & 6th week of the Dec / Jan & QLD Public School holidays and June and Sept QLD Public School holidays
Low season rates are charged for all other times
LOW SEASON - $2,175.00 Per Week
All linen, cleaning and booking fees are included in the above tariffs.
Bond: A refundable security bond of $500.00 is required 7 days prior to check-in.
This is in addition to the above rates
